2. Description of Service

P2PXPert provides a peer-to-peer (P2P) platform that allows users to buy and sell USDT using INR through direct wallet transfers. Our services include:

• A marketplace for P2P trading of USDT
• Wallet services for holding USDT and INR
• Escrow services to facilitate secure transactions
• Dispute resolution services

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the Service to engage in price manipulation or market abuse

4. Transactions

4.1 Trading

All P2P trades are binding agreements between buyers and sellers. P2PXPert acts only as a platform provider and is not a party to these transactions.

4.2 Fees

We charge a service fee of 2% on completed trades. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods or services. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction.

4.3 Disputes

In case of disputes between trading parties, P2PXPert may:

• Act as a mediator to help resolve the dispute
• Temporarily freeze funds related to the disputed transaction
• Make a final determination at our sole discretion

5. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you could lose money
• We do not guarantee the value of any cryptocurrency
• You are solely responsible for determining what taxes apply to your transactions
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Technological issues could temporarily prevent you from accessing your funds

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the P2PXPert platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P2PXPert shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we suspect you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
