Why is my INR withdrawal taking so long?
INR withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Delays can occur due to bank processing times, especially on weekends and holidays. If your withdrawal is pending for more than 4 hours, please contact support with your transaction ID for investigation.
How do I verify my bank account?
To verify your bank account, go to your Wallet section in the app and select "Add Bank Account." Enter your account details and we'll make a small test deposit (₹1-5) within 24 hours. Once you receive this deposit, enter the exact amount in the app to complete verification.
What should I do if a trade is disputed?
If you have a dispute with another trader, immediately contact our support team via WhatsApp or Telegram with the trade ID and screenshots of payment proof. Our team will mediate the dispute and help resolve it fairly. Never share sensitive information with other traders directly.
